Help Me Put “This Sentence Has 5ive Words” on Change This

by Stephen Denny on August 20, 2010

If the ideas behind “This Sentence Has 5ive Words” resonated with you, I’d appreciate one additional second of your time:

Click here and vote to put “This Sentence Has 5ive Words” on Change This.

You vote by clicking on the orange bar at the bottom of the page that says, “Yes, please write this manifesto” -

I’ve been a fan of Change This for years. It was originally a Seth Godin property if I recall correctly and it is now owned and run by 800 CEO READ. If you’re not familiar with Change This, take a look.

It is, in short, a manifesto broadcaster. And it puts ideas in front of a big audience. It’s based on the reading public voting, so I’d like you to vote on it.

I’m in the early stages of marketing my first book, Killing Giants: 10 Strategies to Topple the Goliath in Your Industry, which will be published by Portfolio in March of next year, and every meaningful effort I can make to build “my platform” – the people who are interested in the stuff I write about and who would be the same people who would buy, talk about and evangelize my book when it arrives – is important time well spent for me.

The Eigen Value idea is one of many presented in the book. Putting “5ive Words” up on Change This will expose a lot of new readers to this idea and hopefully to Killing Giants, too.

Thank you. I appreciate it.

By the way, did you miss the piece when it came out? Click the icon to the right to download it.

And please subscribe to my Deep Cuts newsletter on the same page to get more of the in-depth interviews that went into writing Killing Giants, too, if this interests you – consider this your personal invitation. The newsletter is where you’ll hear more about the launch of Killing Giants as we get closer to the actual launch date.

Regards.
